I love that guy. His whole style, and how he sees things. And again, you know, the guy’s an inventor, visually, and with the sound, choreography and music. Then there’s his childlike love of his characters; I really dig it. I met his daughter. But, you know, I hear these stories, how he died a bitter man, and he wasn’t really that loved in his own country. And it kills me. - David Lynch
